Medication Administration in Bristol – Safe and REgulated

Is This Service Right for You?

Our medication administration service is designed for individuals who have been prescribed injectable or oral medications and require a qualified nurse to administer them safely in a clinic setting.

Whether it's a Nebido injection as part of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), or another prescribed treatment such as B12, methotrexate, or vitamin injections, our registered nurses provide professional, respectful, and well-documented care.

What We Offer

We are able to administer prescribed medication where:

  • You have a valid prescription from a qualified UK or overseas doctor

  • The medication is in your possession and is clearly labelled

  • You bring appropriate documentation (e.g. prescription, signed drug chart, or administration instruction)

Examples of medications we commonly administer include:

  • Nebido injections (TRT)

  • Hydroxocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

  • Methotrexate

  • Vitamin D injections

  • Other prescribed therapies requiring nurse delivery

Our Clinical Boundaries

In line with our professional code of conduct and clinical values, we do not administer gender transition-related medications, including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

This is a conscientious objection grounded in our belief that these treatments may carry long-term risks. However, we want to be clear that:

  • We do not judge or reject individuals seeking this care

  • We will always treat all people with dignity, compassion, and respect

  • We simply ask that patients seeking these services contact a provider who offers them in line with their own clinical frameworks

We share this information transparently to avoid disappointment or distress, and to enable individuals to find the right provider for their needs as quickly as possible.

What to Expect During Your Appointment:

  • Pre-administration clinical check

  • Medication administration by a registered nurse

  • Post-treatment monitoring

  • Documentation for your prescriber if needed

What You Need to Bring

  • Your medication (labelled and stored correctly)

  • A valid prescription or signed authorisation from a clinician

  • Any instructions for administration or monitoring

If your prescriber needs a template to complete, we can provide a sample drug chart on request.
