Booking Information – Medication Administration
This service is for the administration of medication you’ve been prescribed by a qualified clinician. We do not supply or prescribe medication. Please bring your medication and documentation to your appointment. We do not offer same-day bookings or home visits. If we are unable to safely proceed due to missing documentation, a rebooking may be required.
At The Independent Nurse, we believe safe care comes from clear boundaries, transparency, and compassion. We respect all people equally and strive to create a space where patients can feel informed, safe, and supported — even if we are not the right service for every need.
