How to Cancel an Appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible:

Important:

• Cancellations cannot be accepted by text message or any other means.
• Cancellations must adhere to the notice periods outlined below.

Non-attendance of an appointment50% of the fee

Late attendance (after 45 minutes of appointment time)50% of the fee

Cancellation upon arrival – Clinic - 50% of the fee

Cancellation upon arrival – Home Visit- 100% of the fee

• Charges are applied directly to your account, and an invoice will be sent to you.
• Any future appointments will be cancelled until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Our cancellation policy ensures that:

• Nurses’ time is respected and used efficiently.
• Other patients have the opportunity to book available time slots.
