Cancellation with 24–48 hours’ notice 50% of appointment fee
Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice 100% of appointment fee
Non-attendance (no notice given ) 100% of appointment fee
Arrival more than 45 minutes late 50% of appointment fee
Cancellation on arrival – Clinic 100% of appointment fee
