We provide a range of private nursing services, including:

Our team of nurses has extensive NHS experience and is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means:

  • You’ll receive personalised, high-quality care with the same standards as NHS services.
  • We can liaise directly with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


Unfortunately, no. As an independent service, we are not funded by the NHS or government. The cost of our care is determined by:

  • The individual patient’s care plan.
  • Time and equipment required for the service.

For example, even a simple blood pressure reading may take over an hour due to the personalised nature of our services.


  • Initial Assessment: We’ll evaluate your condition and discuss your health concerns.
  • Treatment Recommendations: We’ll explain the recommended treatment and answer any questions about the equipment or process.
  • Aftercare: A report will be created and shared with you and your GP (if required). We’ll also provide a care package with recommendations for further treatment or advice.


We always aim to provide consistency in your care. While we cannot guarantee that you will see the same nurse for every appointment, our team works collaboratively to ensure your care is seamless and tailored to your needs.


We strive to provide care and treatment of the highest standard. However, if you wish to make a complaint, this must be submitted in writing. Complaints are handled according to a strict, CQC-compliant policy similar to NHS procedures.


Yes, we often provide care for older people in the community who live far from their family. Whether it’s ensuring they take their medication or conducting routine checks, we can assist. After each appointment, we can also share findings and updates with you.
